Jaycee (Hi Octane/ Studio 365)
D.J.ing since 1999 music lover & vinyl fanatic, Jaycee has played on Dublin pirate radio stations such as Phever, Fun Fm, Klub Fm and Heat FM playing a weekly hard house & techno show.

Jay co-ran a hard house club night called Hi Octane from 2005 until 2011 in the Belvedere Hotel & Radio City / Cavern in Dublin’s city centre. Some of these nights included intimate sets from UK Hard house legends Ian M & 12”Thumpers.

His Dj career so far has seen him play in Irish Venues including Vaults - Ifsc, Time - Nass, Fusion - Drogheda & Q Club in Birmingham, UK.

In 2013 Jay took a break from the clubscene to study Sound Engineering & Music Production in Ballyfermot college with the end goal of setting up his own studio . He graduated in 2019 with a Masters in Music and Media Technologies from Trinity College Dublin. 

2020 has seen Jay complete Will Kinsellas Elevator Artist Development Programme and start work on his home studio (Studio 365) which he hopes to complete in 2021 along with focusing on improving his skills in the studio and getting some of his own productions finished and hopefully released. 

Music influences include Carl Cox, Mauro Picotto, Mario Piu, Adam Beyer, Dave the Drummer, Hybrasil, Tony De Vit , Ian M, 12” Thumpers, Paul King, Sonic Trip, Mark Kavanagh.
