On the thirteenth solo release on his self-titled imprint, Berlin-based DJ/producer Amotik delivers another three tracks of the rolling, driving techno he’s been pushing for eight years. Leading the release, ‘Sattar’ brings pulsating bleeps and shimmering synths over a dark, pounding bass, while ‘Bahatar’ brings in punchy drums and soothing melodies, utilising lighter soundscapes and rumbling low-ends to guide us through this hypnotic workout. Closing out the release, ‘Tihatar’ combines shadowy stabs and dramatic synth lines that gradually build throughout the track for a tunnelling, late-night trip.

Releasing solo for years on his self-titled imprint, Amotik launched AMTK+ earlier this year to feature other artists via split EPs, releasing music by Deluka, Arthur Robert, Decka, and himself across the first two releases. With recent gigs at the likes of De School, E1, Tresor, and opening and closing sets at Berghain, Amotik has firmly cemented himself as a versatile and key player in modern Techno.

Amotik’s ‘Amotik 013’ drops on Vinyl on 30th June, followed by a digital release on 21st July 2023.

Dynamic Reflection will celebrate fifteen years of age this year, a milestone that is deserving of a proper celebration. And a proper celebration is what it will have in the form of five various artist EP’s: Liquid Solids, Quantum Realm, Infinite Oscillation, Equilibrium and Eye of Agamotto, each representing one of the five elements of nature.
This first of five releases kicks things into high gear right away. All four tracks combine fast paced rhythms with a certain funkiness and with your eyes closed, it’s hard not to think of the late 90’s and early 00’s. Don’t be surprised to hear these repetitive cuts pop up on primetime slots on a dancefloor near you these coming months.   Liquid Solids is the first part of Dynamic Reflection’s 15 year anniversary celebration: Time Crystals. This is the first of five EP’s. Own all five and an all new, visual piece of art will appear.
