In 2024, JAYDENA unveiled her inaugural sonic memoir, ANGELTOWN—a tapestry of grief, sensuality, and reclamation. The
EP traces the raw, emotional journey of a woman coming back to her body, embracing both its softness and its rage.
ANGELTOWN culminated in a historic performance at the Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony, where JAYDENA became the
first trans Mexican woman to headline at La Maison de la Fierté Olympique (Pride House)—sealing her place as a
generational force with an electric presence that transcends borders.
Trained in architecture, film, theatre, and fashion, JAYDENA expresses her identity as a living canvas—ever reshaped,
deconstructed, and reborn. She has collaborated with iconic brands and designers like Jean Paul Gaultier, Rabanne, and
Marine Serre, and most recently became the face of Puma, embodying a style that transcends trends, further solidifying her as
a fashion icon.
Her activism—rooted in the representation and protection of trans and LGBTQ+ communities—extends beyond the stage.
Working closely with the Mexican Embassy in France, she helped pioneer groundbreaking legislation protecting trans rights
and identity documentation for diasporic individuals.
