“I wrote the vocal to ‘Take My Love’ over six years ago. I had a vocal idea that I recorded and added this weird organ preset from Diva VST, which gave the track a really funky feel. I then left the track dormant, as although it was a solid idea, it wasn't where I wanted it to be at the time. Then, last year, I decided to rework 'Take My Love' and see what would happen using my studio experiences since I started, and it really blossomed. It's a fun, funky track and is very different from my usual sound, but it still has my signature feel to it. I also did a harder techno version, which I've been playing at my gigs, so it's been a really nice way of merging the two styles.” – Mha Iri

With Negotiator, the boundaries blur—starting as a driving 4/4, it mutates into a broken-beat assault, layered with an unsettling vocal loop taken from a news report on nuclear negotiations. Finally, AHRB strips everything down to the essentials.
