Hailing from the urban streets of Houston, Tx Jay Lotti (born Johnny J Martinez) has been one of the few aspiring djs to ever break into the industry and make his presence known through the shear talent behind every project he touches. At the age of 13 he learned the art of being a jock and keeping parties alive from a friend of his family's and began a decade long hobby that would open doors for the young entrepaneur. Appreciative that his parents started a dj business n bought their first set, Jay Lotti took to the tables, blended and mixed until people literally would ask and pay for extended hours to keep his creative and rythmic beat breaking mixes playing throughout the night. Lotti transitioned as the months flew by into one of the most sought out Carshow Deejays where his voice came known unto the public after every show and event he hosted. 

Having volunteered and tagging along with local radio station crews as needed proved to be an educational route that set him on the path to working with mainstream artists and becoming a young media guru. By this time, Lotti had already broken out into the realm of club dj/mc, even having residency at a few along the way. Although it being a lucrative hobby and having provided for a lavish lifestyle to which one can loose himself, Lotti learned to value his credibilaty and respect of the audience and set out to higher endeavours not ever settling for anything else less than success. It wasnt until shortly after begining his college career that Jay Lotti became involved in projects such as being called upon for music videos, being a special guest dj at larger events, presenting artists at venues, hosting mixtapes, becoming a hype man on select recording projects even being a part of sets with other upcoming artist. Lotti had the pleasure of being a part of such projects that lead him to experience the trill of being on stage and the awesome feeling you get of being on the opposite end of the red curtain, first hand. Whether it was opening acts for artists like the Kumbia Kings, taggin along to the Latin Grammys, walking the blue carpet, being apart of the entourage with artists like Pitbull and Baby Bash, presenting Monchy y Alexandra at their last performance in Houston, having his own online radioshow, promoting at album releases like that of Slim Thugs and also RobG's, managing local artists, providing multimedia services, or just being a preppy outspoken character on recordings and videos, theres no doubt of the intensity of skill behind his talent and his ever- creative mind that adapts to whatever project he can get his hands on. Lotti has truly proven to be an influence thorughout the years in Houston's behind the scenes industry and now that he has settled in the cap city of the great lone star state, he only hopes to reach out to other regions where he can expand his creativeness and talent and create more profound projects and become the next great Voice for latinos around the world. He is an artist like none other... he's not a rapper, not a singer, not just a deejay, a manager, nor promoter, he is not a videographer, or emcee, he's not a project manager... but the one and only Lone Star....... Jay Lotti!!!
