This is a deeply personal song that is sung with passion and honesty. So many people are victims of their childhood and the behaviour of those around them and this track describes the damage and pain that such trauma can cause. It also reflects on the difficulty that some people can feel in expressing their feelings - "I got tears I need to cry... They're trapped behind my eyes...' - and the song itself is an expression of the need to release those tears. The song aims to bring the listener along with them on a journey of understanding of the impact of bullying and exclusion in society.
