This Owlchemix is a very special mix created by Owlchemist and Ottermatron (aka. Travis Neigum from Bubble Gump). We both had Christmas cancelled this year by COVID, and decided to spend an emotionally challenging holiday season getting in tune with music that we love while processing the challenging emotions of the season. We hope you enjoy this tumultuous ride through a deep and progressive and highly emotional mix.   We promise to transform the depths of your despair into an open-hearted, sun-stroked smile.

This Full moon in Cancer calls us back into our bodies and our emotions. Our emotions as our compass; our bodies as the map. It is now, more than ever, time that we find enough calm and quiet to listen to the faint whispers of our internal navigation system. Many of us are trying to find balance between our work/vocations and our lived lives, and we are seeking stable ground after 18 months of turbulence and chaos. 

What we must remember is that the answers are always within us. We just have to listen to our emotions as our guide.   

Where there is pain, we must slow down to acknowledge it and heal.  Where there is illness, we must prioritize and take responsibility for our health.  
Where there is boredom, we must engage our inner visionary.  
Where there is confusion, we must look within for our answers.  
Where there is grief, we must descend into the depths with faith that we will rise once more. 

In two days from now, the moon’s north node, the key to our fulfillment and satisfaction, will be leaving Gemini to enter into Taurus:
