Music Lovers,
This is a live recording of my set from Throwback (a classic '90s House Music party) at Mighty SF on Jan 26, 2013. This all vinyl mix was done on 2 Technics SL-1210M5G turntables, a Urei 1620LE mixer and E&S/GSA X3004 Isolator running through the effects loop on the mixer. Unfortunately, the "record out" of the mixer bypassed the effects loop. Therefore, the any changes done to the sound using the isolator were not recorded.The mixing is not flawless by any means but I feel the music played speaks for itself.

This is a re-edit I did in 2004 of Montefiori Cocktail - Gypsy Woman (Dim's Special Re-touch). The original wasn't very DJ friendly, so I made a DJ friendly version of Dimitri from Paris' remix. A nice 16 bar intro a 3 minute outro to do a long mix out of the song. I actually ripped the vinyl & used Soundforge to do this re-edit. Enjoy!

Freestyle was my 1st love before House and Last Dance is one of my favorite tunes, so I decided to see if I could make a remix like this work. I'll let you and the dance floor reaction be the judge... Enjoy!

If you listen closely during the breakdowns you can hear the crowd yelling in the recording. Somehow the needles picked that up. Crazy.
