I geniunely cant tell if you just recorded the instrumental and put the original vocals over top of it, or recorded new vocals

Well done. Can you share a bit of info on the process? Did you use an acapella version of the original or obtain a studio copy where you could isolate individual parts and replaced the guitar with your own?

i dont like covers but this sounds so true to the original that I like it
