We created 'Conversations In Deptford', out of a desire to tell the stories and memories of the local area, without presuming any knowledge.

By conversing with local residents and workers in Deptford, we collected a series of conversations, proceeding to edit and enhance the recordings into a series of fragmented audio files.

Through a playlist, we are able to shuffle and loop the audio files to create new, fragmented stories of Deptford's history for the listener.
