Reboot Essential Mix with all the crap edited out. 
All that "....and you're listening to ?????? on tonight's essential mix with Radio One" bollox edited out which generally ruins a pretty good mix.
Some of the transitions will be a bit poor coz the bullshit sometimes goes on so long that it is impossible to keep the mix in line but generally it is all pretty good.
Sorry! Having played this the first time since uploading it, I have noticed there are still a few rude interruptions in this mix. I can only apologise but it just goes to show how much effort BBC Radio One put into placing these annoying bits & pieces into the music.
............which is why I don't listen to the Essential Mix anymore.

OK! I'm Sorry.
I know this has been on here a long time but I only played it again recently and noticed that there is still loads of interruptions scattered throughout this mix. I might edit it out eventually but don't hold your breath. Probably put a different essential mix up instead.
Oh, and the last time I caught a glimpse of the BBC Essential Mix, there appeared to be hardly any bullshit on it at all. So I might give it a try again.

So it's been nearly a decade since my last edit and I haven't been back to The Essential Mix once since then. How times change. Probably only listened to this once more in all that time, too.
I'm have become an avid YouTube, Spotify and Soundcloud streamer during the intervening years. I'm enjoying listening to female House and Techno DJs these days particularly from Berlin.
I'll be retired in another ten years. Jeez.
