Hello everyone,
this is finally my first original tune "Elwood's Tune". I wrote the lyrics and the melody - for the first time.

Song background:
I wrote the song influenced by the movie "Harvey" from 1950, starring James Stewart. The main character Elwood is a warm and pleasant human being and is starting to have a friendly conversation with everyone he meets. Usually he even invites them for dinner to his home. Even though it's not the only thing the movie is about, I think that in today's day and age - 73 years later - we could use some of this care and friendliness towards others. Maybe even more than ever.

Elwood's Tune

A pricey new  never-up-ending appliance to really put you on the map.

A bill paying, consuming, full-fledged member, an eagle eyed user of woods.
The good boys club isn't accepting new members, I think that you misunderstood.
A shiny gold cloak that masks up your existence will just fall away in the end.
A doctor, a seamstress, a lover, a mistress, a cleaner, a banker, a friend.
