Roade of Music is a collection of instrumental pieces written across my life, beginning around 2002–2003 and continuing through different seasons of growth, healing, and change.

These songs exist because instrumental music is simply a different way of processing emotion — one that doesn’t require explanation, structure, or resolution. When emotions don’t need to be named or organized, music allows you to feel freely, without the pressure of making everything make sense.

Through these pieces, I’ve processed love, hope, gratitude, and peace, alongside loss, grief, longing, exhaustion, reflection, and the quiet moments when rest was needed most. Instrumentals create space — space to sit with emotions in their raw form, to move through them gently, and to let meaning emerge naturally through sound rather than language.

Roade of Music begins with an introduction to my musical journey, and each piece reflects emotions I was processing at different points in my life. The tracks are not chronological. Instead, they are emotional spaces you can enter in any order.

This album is not meant to be rushed. You’re invited to pick the space you need, stay as long as you want, and let the music hold whatever you’re carrying.

This song is one of my most personal pieces. 작은맘 means “small heart” — a reflection of the fragile, quiet side of love and emotion that we often hide away. I wrote it in a moment of deep honesty, where even a small feeling carried so much weight.

It’s simple, minimal, and gentle — just like the heart it represents. Sometimes it’s the smallest feelings that shape our biggest memories.

Hi, I’m Jason.

I’m a songwriter and composer. I write music as a way of processing life, faith, grief, love, and lived experience.

I think of songs as time capsules that hold moments and emotions so they can be felt again later.

I write my own songs, including melody, lyrics, structure, and musical direction.
All songs in the Roade series use AI-assisted production or vocals (the AI-assisted tools used in this project grant full ownership and commercialization rights to the artist).
This is intentional and transparent, and allows the music to sound closer to what I originally intended.

I don’t identify primarily as a singer. I sing to write, to shape melody, phrasing, and emotional intent. The focus for me is always the song itself.

My long-term musical vision is to work with other artists, singers, musicians, and producers to create something timeless and human.

When it comes to worship songs, I believe nothing replaces the human voice. We were created to respond to God, and singing together is one of the most meaningful expressions of worship. My long-term commitment is to re-record worship songs with human voices.

The Roade series represents songs from the first half of my life. What comes next is about collaboration, growth, and creating music that can live beyond me.
