This mental-rehearsal guided-meditation is a companion to Dr Joe Dispenza's book Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, it is designed to move you from the analytical Beta brain-wave state to the state of Alpha, and develop your ability to sustain coherent brain-wave patterns. By placing your awareness on different parts of your body 'in space' and on 'the space around your body', as instructed by Dr Joe, you are altering your brain so that you enter into the operating system of your subconscious mind - where unwanted habits and programs exist. The objective is to learn to stay present and make meditation a skill. It is from this new place that you will begin to make the changes in your life that you desire!

This page is a collection of my Day Albums that I'm slowly updating- once I get them all on here there will be over 300 songs that date back to 2002.  To make a Day Album, you have to write and record between 6-20 songs from scratch in a 24 hour period of time.  Most of my Day Albums have 6 songs, sometimes less- but mostly 6!  Many of the songs are good, many are not- that's part of the fun of making a Day Album, you never know what's going to happen in your 24 hours.  We have a songwriting club here in Minneapolis called Bullet Lodge- and making Day Albums is what we do!  We are a part of the Immersion Composition Society.  I hope you like some of these tunes!
