This is a track I put together in order to play at the end of a yoga class on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.  The theme of the class was Ahimsa, which is Sanskrit for non-harming (a=non, not; himsa=harming, violence, a negative effect on a physical, mental, or emotional level), an aspect of the 8 Limbs of Yoga. 

The instrumental of Satta Massagana features a selection of MLK's "I Have a Dream" speech, that I found powerful and timely.  Please enjoy..
