@andrew-weatherall's remix 2 finds him taking over @nancy-noise's fine floor-friendly number 'Azizi's Dance' with an infectious hip-swaying groove and wonky discoid gait. Meshing blipping synth motifs and humming vocals with a full-out bouncy bass set to guide dancers towards the nearest club effortlessly, the Pied Piper of London here again demonstrates the wide range of his remixing genius. Put on your dancing shoes.

Nancy Noise - Azizi's Dance (Andrew Weatherall Remix 2) [Beyond Paradise]

A live mix for DJ Pawas' show on Berlin's Flux FM from earlier this month. During the interview (which is not included here) we talked a lot about Manchester, and how we like to mix things up as much as we can as DJs here, which for me playing 'House' music means referencing the rest of my record collection as much as I can....and thus unwittingly threw down the gauntlet at my own feet.... I have waited so long for this and now my dream has become true: Sade herself and Sony UK finally gave their okay to my secret edit so it is out now as an official Sade release on Get Physical // Poesie Musik and hits the stores on jan 16th 2015.

Poesie Musik has the very special honor to announce the release of a remix of a song known the world over, authored by no less than Sade. One of the prolific singer's most well-known creations, ‚Pearls‘ is given a deluxe makeover by German dance floor mainstay Timo Jahns, whose moody, melancholy personal sound fits perfectly with the sultry vocals on one of the crooner's most moving songs. 

Hailing from Göttingen, Timo Jahns has carved out a name for himself on the German party circuit thanks in part to an endless list of edited music and remixes on labels like Ponsactrilau, Underyourskin Records, Neverending, Cometomusic, Klang Gymnastik and 9Volt, as well as his own imprint FREUNDCHEN RECORDS, created for an intimate circle of few. 

This latest foray into the reworking of certain melodic masterpieces comes after Timo’s remixes of music by the likes of songstress Melody Gardot and Bon Iver just last year. For this special rendition of ‚Pearls‘, the producer has carefully lead the tune into deep-house terrains and turned it into a track just begging for summer afternoons and thoughtful chill-out sessions.
