This is the finished demo of my spoken word piece of the same name...
Do you dare to dream? If so - do you dare to put your dreams into action and see them through into reality?
Too many of us get put off by bullshit narrow mindedness impressed upon us by family, friends and peers and never realise our true potential.

I wrote this one morning when I was at a low point and decided to "Have A Word With Myself" this was the result of that.

This is also the first full piece I have created and produced on my Akai MPC without using a laptop or DAW of any kind - It was a steep learning curve but here it is...

Hey....

I started writing spoken word material in 2013  - wasn't quite sure what I was gonna do with it but kept writing.

Eventually I started making beats to go with it and someone suggested putting that stuff up on here.

I use an Akai MPC1000, Korg MicroKontroller, a Korg O5R/W and recently have started using a BOSS BR600 Digital 8 Track for mastering.

I also like to fiddle about with a Korg Volca Bass, Korg Kaossillator and a bunch of Android apps & soft synths
