At 102 years old, Carmi Kiwanis is the oldest civic club in town.  Barry Cleveland, respected historian, former editor and publisher of the Carmi Times, and Kiwanis member himself detailed the club’s history at Thursday’s regular meeting.  Cleveland’s report is best told by the man himself rather than a reporter skimming through for highlights.
