This is a piece about those who are telling you to believe that the truth is no longer truth and to convince you that their lies are the truth. They want you to confess that the sun only comes out at night and the moon brings warmth to the day.

When society puts their faith, hope, and trust in lies and deception then an eclipse of reason begins, and darkness ensues.

Here is a new version of "Wake the Dead (The Dead are Woke) re imagined for my album called "Illumination in the Final Dark Age".

This merges the Gothic styles of yesteryear with the style of Pink Floyd.

Odd Times

Uncharted Waters is part of my new "Odd Times" album (in production) which explores interesting and odd time signatures.

"Follow the Leader" is my musical tribute to one of the greatest musical Jazz artists of all time.

Don Ellis was one of the most prolific Jazz writers in his day. He wrote many of his compositions in odd time signatures, while always exploring new sonic territory, including electrifying his quarter tone trumpet and running it through various effects including a Ring Modulator and Echoplex delay unit.

This is my humble attempt to pay honor to an amazing trumpet player, an ultra creative composer, and my all time favorite big band leader.

Though he ran out of time, Don was always ahead of his time.

I hope those who are familiar with his music will find this piece a nod to the genius of Don Ellis, as I follow the leader.

As a kid, you know there is something underneath the bed that lives there...but you can't prove it, but you know it's true!  This is my musical portrait of what really happens when you are sound asleep, and the things that crawl out from under the bed at night come out!
