great performance very thought provoking song if only judas gave himself a little more time he must have loved christ in the end he left his soul in agony x

This song shows Judas’ unfortunate character development and fall to insanity and suicide. I’m going to  do some character analysis rq as well as talk about how well Judas is portrayed by Tim minchin, so beware ig? In heaven on their minds, the opening song of the movie, Tim sings calmly and through the song he stays cool, despite everything happening. In the very next song he is in, what’s the buzz, he stays relatively calm. In everything’s alright, things seem to get a little less alright for him and he’s starting to lose his cool. In damned for all time, he tries to keep this cool but instead his insanity starts showing. In the last supper he finally goes insane, later going to start a (sort of) fight with Caiaphas and Annas and in the present, yelling at Jesus. In Judas’ death, unfortunately SoundCloud cut off a lot of the song, probably because of it being sung during his suicide. But in that part he yells to god that he’s been deceived and used. That leads to his death.
