This is not an anti faith song. It's a cry against those who use whatever system they can to act as a shield while they follow their own agenda. Those who prey on those who pray.

There are genuine people in all walks of life who may be tarred with the same brush as the opportunists,this is a classic mistake when generalising.

This is a song railing against those who are not what they pretend to be.

2nd quarter of the album and titled for Ellesmere Island (see my map), it describes the hard final stage of the expedition to the 'Arctica Point', and first effects felt when getting closer, for example odd rhythms ;)
