For the first time in over ten years, the songwriting duo of John Rowland and Pete Jive are fronting a band with a fresh lineup and distinctly Midwestern, guitar driven sound. 

Growing up together, writing songs together, and sharing common influences, John and Pete have delivered a work that is the culmination of years of writing and performing experience. 

JDR and The Broadcast is the blending of Midwestern roots influences, from rock and roll to soul, folk, and country. This is a band that can growl and whisper while bringing well crafted songs to life.
