Luego de más de un año de grandes lanzamientos, y un gran recorrido de su serie de podcast, el sello argentino Logia Records celebra el paso de un gran 2021 con un compilado de grandes artistas, reflejando un claro posicionamiento dentro de la escena mundial del indie-dance y el dark-disco.
El álbum cuenta con la participación de productores de todo el mundo tales como Fat&Bald, Armendariz Ft. Missing Name, JG Outsider, Future hero, Ambrosia & Ludviq, XLR y por supuesto los label managers Cali Burton, Playa del Karma y Cu da Curuxa.

La compilación cuenta con tracks que tienen guitarras, voces, y mucha energía que hacen de éste un lanzamiento con un gran abanico de sonidos, pero siempre pensando en el club, y en la pista de baile. 

Y en Slow Cycle tenemos el honor, de presentar uno de los tracks que forma parte de este compilado. Viniendo de la mano del señor "Cali Burton", donde nos deleita con "Aspero" (Original Mix).

Florian Herzberg is the man behind My Secret Playground. When giving his 3-tracker-debut on JEAHMON! Records a headline we would choose this: "A Berlin Melange". Again and again Florian is drawn to his hometown Vienna. A city full of old glory and vanity, a spirit of optimism and standstill in the same way. On his new EP "NOSTALGIA", the now Berlin-based producer combines these opposites in three Electro and typical 1980s tracks. Rolling aggressive beats are replaced by broad synths and strings. Pounding kick drums paired with nostalgic vocal lines make the leap into the 21st century and give My Secret Playgrounds EP its own contemporary Indie Dance sound. A coloured mix of amazing fish food that will now be put into our aquarium. A warm welcome to My Secret Playground and Joy Tyson. You are here in good company!

“Ich Geh Nicht Mit Dir” is a stunning, intoxicating title, which could lead the crowd to a certain alienation. The metronomic groove of the song is carried by swirling vocals and pads, an almost horrifying atmosphere of a manhunt !

The second original piece, “Running through Fiction” is definitively a pure dancefloor track! The manhunt goes to the next level; danger is everywhere, and the only way out is certainly the dancefloor! The dance steps follow one after the other, the sneakers smoke, and the bodies sweat. Welcome in the secret playground !

Welcome to the talented Jason Core on the imprint. The Spanish producer gives to the eponym track a more Italo way, giving extra energy. And when the acid wave breaks, it’s crazy !

To close the excellent release, Jakob Mäder is back with a pretty housy remix of the second original track. And when the piano is added to the rhythm, a king of melancholy accompanies the hearts. Or maybe it’s joy?

Winter knocked on our door and took us with him in his special light. The cold air that hangs behind him invites us to pluck one of the others and to swell our bodies. Remcord delivers you a new opus loaded in warm rhythm.

'Burn' has just given its name to the EP and thus begins this new chapter. A mixture of percussive and intense elements meet a synthetic and aerial melodie during a hot encounter.

For the second track 'Black Berry', Remcord builds the energy around a polyritmic rhythmic that will enter your brain. The layers that are then added lead the song in a groovy night walk.

To close this ep and stay in the tradition of your grassy labe Rémi tells us a more intimate story carried by a rowdy drum: Botanical Beat

Pounding kick drums paired with nostalgic vocal lines and vocoders make the leap into the 21st century and give My Secret Playgrounds an own contemporary Indie Dance sound. 

For more than a decade Florian has been based out of Berlin; in the German capital, he has not only found his unique musical voice – but emotional solidity within his greatest passion.
2014 he launched his live music project ‘My Secret Session’, an event where DJs and musicians improvise live together to dance music. Through this session he was able to shape the unique organic sound width of My Secret Playground and also work with the best musicians in town. Since then Florian has been performing internationally as a DJ and with his band, creating a variety of sounds that sets him apart from the rest.

His track „Wir Tanzen“ on Rabotat Records, combined with the viral video during Quarantine 2020, followed by his EP „Fears of Tears„, on Melopee Records, pushed My Secret Playground to a wider audience. His latest releases have all made it into the Beatport Indie Charts Top100. 

Since 2022 Florian organizes the hedonistic Party Theme Whipped Cream – a colorful dance soiree with artists like Freundenthal, Vlad Yaki, Bizzarro Universe or Myrddin.
