Dans « Exotisme », une chanson "multiculturelle" taillée pour l’été, Bolivard raconte un voyage en changeant de langue à chaque destination : français, anglais, espagnol, italien. Voyage qui semble n’être au final qu’une envie inassouvie de fuir quelque chose… 
Musicalement, la voix de Bolivard rappelle Étienne Daho et le rythme chaloupé est servi avec un cocktail rafraîchissant d’instruments. Marimbas, steel drums caribéens et guitares rappelant les Beach Boys se mêlent aux synthétiseurs fétiches et aux mélodies solaires du producteur aux habits noirs et blancs. 
Après « Optimisme » et « Romantisme », "Exotisme" » est le troisième extrait de son premier album « Bolivardisme » dont tous les titres finiront par « isme ».
