Since the warm weather is right around the corner I thought it appropriate to pull this little gem out of the files.

This Summertime anthem features the now retired Wordplay on vocals and a little help from a sampled Feist on the chorus.

There was a lengthy delay between the recording of the initial demo and Wordplay finishing the final mix of the song.

In the interim SOMEBODY else happened to sample a different part of the same Feist joint which finally lit a fire under Wordplay's ass.

At the end of the day I still maintain we had the better joint  compared to the VERY mainstream cats who also used the same sample.
