Meanwhile more and more people suffer from depression, thinking they are wrong and trying to hide how they feel from their loved ones. Something is going the wrong direction here. We should open up and tell each other how we feel instead of suppressing negative emotions. As this will lead to loosing the connection to yourself in the long run!
Accepting that you have a low phase can be a beautifully freeing feeling itself. 
I'd rather live a passionate life with ups & downs wich is exciting because you never know what might happen next...
