D you have any more info about this recording?  It appears to be where the "Decibel Binaural Mix" (released on Samurai FM) came from, which was a snippet from the 2012 Decibel Festival.  The full intro says "Seattle, Welcome to the Decibel Festival. Live in Surround Sound, This is Tipper."
