One man music scene, session engine and folkadventurer, Jed Miroy, is at last making a solo attempt at the summit with nothing but a banjo, a guitar
and a mandolin for protection.

3 grueling years of basic training with Psychedelic Rockers 'The Aliens' and 7 tours of duty with the UK's hardest working Bluegrass act, 'Southern Tenant Folk Union' have conditioned Jed's musical stamina for this mission. His rigorous training programme was overseen by Lone Pigeon, Hailey Beavis and Sharon King, with brief spiritual guidance from from Jedi masters Peter Gabriel and Mumford and Sons.

Jed's virtuosic musicianship and ability to kayak made him an obvious candidate for crack squad of musical adventurers, the 'Whisky River Boat Band'. It was there, under the expert tutorage of Toby 'Kinobe' Shippey that Jed realised his full potential.

Fresh from a summer of booze fuelled adventurefolk touring by canoe, yacht, steam train and bike, Jed has never been more ready to take on the solo challenge.
