Since inception in 2009, Skankandbass has unearthed some of the freshest talents in the scene and has opened many doors for unsigned artists. Exciting Bristol-based artist Myth debuts on Amsterdam's boutique imprint The North Quarter with his hard-hitting “Long Time Coming EP”. Both stripped-back and widescreen at the same time, the project captures the essence of the Dub & Jungle influences that are ingrained throughout the five-tracks. Myth's undeniable technical prowess and ear for an effortless groove are on display as he shows he's one of the the brightest talents in the scene today. 
As Myth explains: “I think with any debut EP for a label your main aim is to showcase a spectrum of your sound and to try and make an impact so that you stand out from the other artists. With this EP I went for some straight forward club tracks with a couple of more abstract ones that still have enough energy.” 

Myth's Long Time Coming EP will be released October 9th on The North Quarter.

Welsh originators and all round party-starters Incurzion Audio return to the fold with the impeccable first iteration of their new Various Artists compilation: We Are Incurzion Vol. 1. Taking in all corners of Drum & Bass, something that Incurzion have become increasingly known for as of late, this new compilation is their most impressive project yet, locking down a strong series of exciting international artists.
