Now that summer is over I thought it was the perfect time to upload a song I wrote about Summer. Everything was written and recorded on the Kemper 3 days after getting it in June. Had a ton of trouble with the drums and mixing with my monitors, but bass and guitars are all Kemper here.

Footprints

A simple mediocre song I'm working on. Almost done, but must overdub the guitars and also the vocals on the first chorus and change some words that don't convey the sense I wanted them to convey. 

This is all Eleven Rack and I thickened the tone up with vintage compressors, but it still isn't the tone I'm looking for. 
Bass was mic'd from the cab with an SM57. 

Drums were done in two takes using a DM5 in stereo then heavily compressed. I'm not a drummer nor a bassist so forgive my not keeping the groove the way pro's would. I'm working on it.
