Singer-songwriter Jeff Kloetzel presents his latest CD - “Long Time Coming”!  A true labor of love – and a rocky 21 months in the making - this is Jeff’s first release in almost 16 years.  Truly a long time coming…  
With lots of sound-shaping by co-producer/engineer Bret Levick, the songs on the project were brought to life pretty damn close to what Jeff could hear in his head – and them some.  The able assistance of several studio/performing/touring musicians (Levick, Jeff Pevar, Don Harriss, Jeff Stanley, Bob Evoniuk, Matthew Kriemelman and several others) from a music-rich community in Oregon added subtle texture, rich spice and fiery spark to the 12 original tunes.  Jeff’s soulful vocals and rhythmic acoustic guitar work lead the musical styles through a polyglot of genres, from modern folk-pop to soul to country-tinged rock to Americana to simple singer-songwriter material.  Lyrics speak of love, loss, longing and loneliness, but also of journeys, jokes and joy.  The song arrangements move from full-throttle band numbers to stripped-down acoustic tracks.  There's something for everyone on this project – check it out!

Come Back To Me (live solo acoustic version)

Jeff Kloetzel performs a cover version of Katie Herzig's song "Best Day Of Your Life" (from her 2011 album "Th Walking Sleep).  This song was recorded Sept. 2015 as a condition of doing a radio interview for "Art On The Airwaves" on KSKQ radio FM 89.5 in Ashland, Oregon(the original Katie Herzig version is the show's theme song).  Jeff recorded his version straight to a MacBook Pro on GarageBand in an evening.

Best Day Of Your Life (Cover)

"Walking Away" is a song from about 1998, and demo'd in 1999 (originally on a casette deck!).  It seems to keep coming back to haunt me... 
I've never released this track on an album, nor have I ever performed it.  My sister Jennifer Kloetzel added the soaring 'cello solo, and all the other parts are mine.
