Days after Jeff Beck's passing I found this version I recorded years ago of the Charlie Mingus composition, "Goodbye Pork Pie Hat" that Jeff Beck so beautifully recreated on his record "Wired". His version is the inspiration to this version, with some slight changes to the solo section. He was such a profound musician and guitarist that has influenced me (and many of us) beyond description. Thank you Jeff for all the gifts you have brought our way. Your music and influence is with me always.
