The song is specifically speaking about young (and older) males who sag their pants as a style that they, admittedly or not, got from the influence of "corporate rap artist!" Unbeknownst to those who rock this style, the corporations that run the music industry are in a multi billion dollar partnership, with the private prison industry, to demean and criminalize the image  of young black males for the purpose of leading them into privately own prisons like the Pied Piper. So the very society that young Black males think they are rebelling againgst (by sagging) is actually behind keeping this stlye "en vogue" for over 20 years (around the time the private prison industry emerged). So in reality, a small group of old wealthy white men are responsible for pulling down the pants of young Black males and laughing at them all the way to the bank! It's time to STOP DRAWLIN! Out The Mouth Of Babes is a song dedicated to the numerous BLACK youth who lost their lives to gun violence in the streets of Philadelphia in 2005 and the on going struggle to arbitrate peace in the streets amongst young Black Males. It was, originally recorded in 2007.
