This is a wild one. The story behind it is that Scott made a couple hundred copies of this mix tape to give out as Xmas gifts for patrons attending his Buzz parties in lovely Southeast DC. Its an amazing taste of a different era of dance music. Opening track has the most hilarious samples from 20/20 with Barbara Walters talking about Raves and copping drugs.
