Jeffrey is a New York City based singer-songwriter. While growing up in New York City, Jeffrey  was influenced by many factors and was introduced to music by his mother who was trained in ballroom and modern dance. His love for music continued and by the end of high school. He wrote songs for a few of his friends who wanted to start a group. When the group disbanded, Jeffrey’s friend suggested that he become a singer-songwriter since he always sang whenever she saw him. Jeffrey saw some light in that statement and started to prepare for his new musical path. Jeffrey began to write songs for himself and was heavily influenced by the music he grew up on from the artists from his family’s old vinyl records such as Human League, David Bowie, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Prince, Cyndi Lauper and Depeche Mode. He also tried every genre of music before realizing his heart lied in the retro sounds of these artists had instead of the current music on the radio. He found ways of combining modern elements with retro synth pop elements, and Jeffrey found a maturity that he never saw before in his music and strength in his lyrics and melodies that he never thought was possible.  This melding of many cultures in music has brought Jeffrey's music to a higher plane and is now ready for lift off.
