1. When did you start making music?
Honestly? When I realized DJing was just legally getting away with playing your favorite songs too loud. Producing came after — once I figured out I could make people dance and make the weird noises in my head real.

2. What makes YOU qwerky?
Probably the fact that I take house music very seriously… but literally nothing else. Also, I have like 14 basslines arguing for attention in every project. And somehow it works.

3. If you were a cartoon character, who would you be?
Roger Rabbit after three Red Bulls. Or maybe Scooby-Doo if he got into dance music and threw warehouse parties instead of solving crimes.

4. What’s your favorite sound?
A kick that punches you in the chest but still says “I love you.” Or that little vinyl crackle that makes any track feel like it’s been through something.

5. You’re making dinner at your house… what’s on the menu?
Probably some sort of bomb steak NY or ribeye with some rice and veggies on the side I love sautéing a good steak

6. Who are 3 people you’d invite? (from any time period)
Quincy Jones – so I can just soak up the sauce and pretend I’m not taking mental notes.
Rick Rubin – but only if he brings his beard and sits cross-legged on my couch while saying cryptic genius things.
Whoever invented the 909 kick – so I can shake their hand, cry a little, and then make them tacos.
