L’univers de Jell-oO pioche autant dans la folk que dans la soul, la pop ou encore la chanson.
Leurs compositions révèlent les deux personnalités marquantes de ce duo, et prennent tout leur sens quand le timbre chaleureux et la maîtrise vocale exceptionnelle de Johanna Luz se combine au jeu fluide et véloce de la guitare de Vincent Barrau.
Durant deux ans de tournées à travers la France, dans des salles de spectacles, des clubs, des théâtres ou en premières parties de personnalités comme Ben l’Oncle Soul, Maurane, Barbara Carlotti, Mariana Ramos, Claudia Tagbo ou Axel Bauer, le duo a été à la rencontre de son auditoire.
Après le Summer Jell-oO Tour 2013 avec des prestations dans des festivals français reconnus du grand public, ils démarrent fin janvier 2014 le Sail Tour issu de la sortie du premier album « Sail » avec guests, qui fait suite à l'E.P « JelloOphone » qui a été très bien reçu par le public et la critique.

Album "Sail" (2014):
11 titres. Le Premier Album «Sail» a été enregistré au studio «Vintage Sound studio» en avril 2013. Il est le fruit d’une aventure humaine avec le public qui a soutenu Jell-oO via le site participatif « Ulule ». Tous les morceaux sont des compositions dans lesquelles le groupe évolue du duo au quintet dans un nouvel univers pop envoûtant. "Jell-oO, c’est du pur velours, taillé dans l’acoustique, l’intime, la sincérité. Au confluent de la pop, du jazz, du folk et de la soul, avec des textes intelligents dans un anglais impeccable.Soyeux, énergique et sensuellement groovy!" SLR Mag.

E.P "JelloOphone" (2011): 
5 titres. JelloOphone, premier E.P de Jell-oO, est l’aboutissement d’une recherche de son, de composition, pour ce duo qui se veut acoustique et qui nous livre une musique authentique, fraîche et sensible.
Le grain de la guitare, le groove des riffs, les textes intimistes et l’harmonie des deux voix, allient à la fois chaleur, rythme et mélodies envoûtantes pour un premier E.P prometteur.
