Lisandro Set Wake Up And Dream

Apostolis Loussis aka Plecta was born in 1986 and he lives in Athens. He has been involved with music since his childhood. At the young ageof ten, he began his education in music with the guitar, but his passion slowly began to steer towards electronic music and the desire to compose such music.

He is influenced by a huge range of sound colours throughout the electronic music scene. Completely self taught, over the years, his music creations increased even more. Doing composing, he realised Deep House music as organic , dreamy, melodic sounds were his spirit of energy and passion became the “signature” of Plecta’s musical compositions. His passion continues to drive him and be the main force behind his music.

At the past, he has made several releases to other types of electronic music such as Techno, Minimal and more. However, the Deep House music is the one that eventually drew his attention. Inspired by new music ideas, his journey begins, giving a natural and electronic sound at his music
creations and pushing his limits a step further.

With a combination of steady, yet very well received gigs, Goos brings a distinctive energy to the floor. His sound ranges from intricate melodies to chunky basslines, often inspired by earthy tones from around the world. 

Goos was born in Doha, Qatar to musically inclined parents who introduced him to rock music at a very young age. This early onset of music led to a gamut of musical influences in his life ranging from Led Zeppelin, The Doors and Pink Floyd. His deep-seated love for percussion instruments led Goos on a pursuit to learn the Mridangam. This subsequently enabled him to also take up drumming, giving him a well-rounded understanding of percussion. Goos discovered his passion for dance music through the unique sounds of Eric Prydz and Roger Sanchez. 

Goos hosted his own showcase at the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) in 2018 titled Journey on Tour presenting artists from around the world apart from Journey on Tour gigs across India. Goos has played alongside international artists such as Acid Pauli, Viken Arman, Julian Jeweil, Olivier Giacomotto, Denis Horvat, Toto Chiavetta, Ten Walls, Paji,  Lane 8, Yotto, Ben Bohmer, Gallago, Nils Hoffman, Dee Montero, Tinlicker, Kora, Theo Kottis, Kevin De Serna, Eelke Kleijn, Sebastien Leger, Joseph Ashworth, Roger Martinez, Dousk, Just Her,  Roger Sanchez, Kid Crème and Funkagenda to name a few. Goos has also played at the Echoes of Earth Festival, Satellite Beachside festival in Goa and Go:Madras in Chennai alongside many local acts apart from international artists. He has also played alongside Indian heavy weights like Arjun Vagale, Tuhin Mehta, Praveen Achary, Nikhil Chinapa, Rohit Barker, BrownCoat and more.

Goos was picked as one of ten rising DJ's worldwide by Pioneer DJ for their Kuvo service. This was heard and reviewed by Daisuke Ito, a long time contributor to club and culture publications including Resident Advisor. Goos' sets have been featured on British Airways Inflight Entertainment Worldwide, Cafe Mambo Ibiza Radio, Sonne, Strand Und Meer, The Deep Room, Deep House Athens, Evermix (UK), Everything will be OK (UK) and 50:Hertz radio aired in Netherlands and US.

His fortnightly podcast 'Journey' showcases the full range of sounds of this versatile artist apart from a rotating roster of guests.

Back in 2004, the fusion of the sounds of soft and mystical house rhythms as well as harmonic parts inspired by trance music gave rise to the first ideas of a project that would only start to appear more actively on the edm scene a little later, a project called Jelly For The Babies.
What adorns the producer behind the above-mentioned project is the variety in his creations, playing with synths and rhythms, experimentation that eventually led to his sound being easily recognizable.
Just like his spirit, his music is not bound by genre, but is "free", and you can see the releases signed both for progressive and techno, as well as for publishing houses that cultivate the sound of deep, minimal and organic house music. .
Therefore, the very thing that makes him original leads to his music, throughout his career, being supported, both through sets and through the charts, by artists such as Hernan Cattaneo, Eelke Kleijn, John Digweed, Way Out West, Guy J and many others.
Then come the first international guest appearances, tours, festivals and club parties in Lithuania, Portugal, France, Germany, Switzerland, South Africa, Holland, Italy as well as countries in the region.
Graduated Audio & Video engineer as well as the owner of three publishing houses, The Purr, One Of A Kind and RYNTH, where he mentioned discovering new talents, giving young producers a chance, promoting them in the best possible way and mutual cooperation with more experienced colleagues as the key thing .

If I had to define my existence, it would not be written in a book, but played through notes in life over the years.
