I wrote this song inspired by the tragedy Boston faced during their Marathon last year. No one should ever have to face that kind of danger. We should all work together to create a more peaceful world with less violence.

This song goes out to anyone who has ever been through any type of domestic violence. Don't be afraid to speak up. No one should ever have to go through that. Set yourself free and know you are worthy.

A couple of years back, Boston went through an unfortunate situation at their Marathon. Many were very shocked that such thing would occur at an event like this. I was deeply saddened by the news of it and it inspired me to write this song. If any survivor of that particular race were to listen to this song, I would want them to feel strong and let nothing ever bring them down.
