Closing out the EP, “Nocturnus” is the darkest and heaviest cut from Ritual X - a true descent into the abyss. The track opens with eerie, plucked synths that echo like distant whispers in a haunted void, setting a chilling, cinematic mood. But the calm is short-lived.

When the drop hits, it hits hard - with insanely aggressive drums and bass so crunchy and distorted it sounds forged in the depths of hell. The sound design is demonic, raw, and unrelenting, yet somehow, beneath the chaos, a faint glimmer of melody flickers through - a subtle thread of hope woven into the madness.

“Nocturnus” is a masterclass in contrast: brutal yet beautiful, bleak yet strangely uplifting. A powerful final statement that leaves the EP smoldering in its wake.
