Starting in Supta Baddha Konasana, this class starts slow and builds to a powerful flow with core work weaved in throughout our flow.

Class started slow in child's pose with a 5-10 minutes of awakening and stretching and once we got into a modified Sun B, we just took off!  Added on poses and brought the challenge!

9.2.19 Labor Day Power Yoga 75 Minutes

I loved the outer hip work we do throughout this class.  Starting with a downdog outer hip stretch, bringing back in some play with eagle and ending with double pigeon.  Everything else is a bonus too!

*Since this is audio and you don't have a visual, here is more instruction on the eagle play.  If you start in eagle with right leg on top, we are lifting the right leg off, sweeping it behind the left leg, and landing your foot to the outside (left) of your left foot (maybe by a foot or more).  So think curtsy squat, but your right foot lands down, both knees bend in the squat and your upper body stays upright.  Hope that helps!!

This one was sweaty!!  Cardio and glute burner!  Stick through it all, it will be worth it!

Enjoy this flow with killer transitions!  Be sure to not give into gravity and use full body strength to create your fluid movement pose-to-pose!

I loved this class for the transitions, requiring more attention to the movement and discipline in the body for that graceful flow.
