Don’t hold back love. 
This causes pain. 

Turn around and give someone close to you a hug.

Tell someone near you, right now, how special, unique and gifted they are... just because it’s the most powerful thing they could hear in this moment. 

Call or text your partner,  father,  daughter,  friend... anyone you care deeply about...  and tell them how much you appreciate what they do and how they contribute to the beauty of this world. 

DO IT.  

JUST GO DO IT. 

Do one of these things right now. 
Pick up the phone, get out of your chair and BE LOVING. 

Don’t overthink it… don’t over-analyze it… drop out of your head and……
… MOVE… TRUST…  LEAP….

The universe has your back.

Now vow to do this 5 times a day. 
Do it for this world... do it for what’s true… do it for YOU. 

And if this intimidates you... or you feel resistance... or you think it’s woo-woo or for pussies… then do yourself and the rest of us a favor and practice it 15 times a day! 

BE LOVING NOW!
DON’T HESITATE. 
Our world depends on it.

True love comes from letting it flow through you - not waiting for it to come to you. 

True healing happens when you break through fear and resistance and let the vulnerability of the universe shine through. 

This is what will heal our precious planet... re-learning how to express love instead of making shame, fear, isolation and embarrassment real. Love is the only way. 

We can change the fate of this world by EXPRESSING LOVE.  But we can only do it now - not tomorrow, not once we’ve found a lover, not after we get that promotion, not once we’ve had a few drinks… but NOW.   

So step out of your comfort zone and into love. 
You’re the creator and you get to cut through fear and deadness with the sword of love. 

YOU HAVE THIS POWER. GO CLAIM IT BY TAKING ACTION.  

And to top it off…  wherever you happen to be in this moment…  kiss yourself on the arms and say,  “I LOVE YOU” three times. 

NO.  MORE.  HOLDING.  BACK.  LOVE.

In time I came to recognize that most of the fear we run from is actually our highest, most liberated self that has been suppressed, controlled and made wrong by social, religious and cultural constructs. As Joseph Campbell stated, “The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.” Fear is therefore inverted love. It is where the human mind has taken our greatest potential and twisted it into this thing we call fear: a state of being that we’re supposed to resist at all costs. You can look at something that scares you and say, “Oh my god that is the most terrifying thing I could ever do,” and you could look at that very same thing and say, “Oh my god, that is the most empowering and exciting thing I could ever do.” In reality, fear is who we are disguised as a feeling that we want to run away from. It is a clever mechanism steering us away from our already enlightened self.
