I'm a true Southern girl, born and raised in the Mississippi Delta. I grew up out in the country surrounded by my Daddy's cotton, soybean, corn, milo fields and catfish ponds. I have a deep love for the Delta dust and dirt. My favorite times of the year are planting and harvesting seasons. I'm in the middle of Blues Legends territory, just a few minutes from BB King's hometown and right between the cotton and catfish capitals of the world. The Delta is a truly one-of-a-kind, unique place. There's a mystique...an aura...something that gets deep inside you and changes the way you look at things. People who visit, never forget it; some people visit and never leave. It's that amazing. I've lived a lot of places since getting out on my own, but the Delta will always be my home.
