Dom skulle inte bli gamla (They would never grow old) is a conceptual text/sound piece from 2004. 
Over a period of 45 days, Jenny travelled the same route on the red line of the Stockholm underground once a day with hidden microphones – recording (and using) only the sounds that would “stick to the DAT-tape”. 
The incentive of this conceptual and chance-operated framework was to explore what sounds and stories that would defy the muffled sounds of the underground and surface, despite no efforts what so ever being made “to catch” them. 
This work resulted in a fictional and fragmented story, set over several decades.

Som lavinsändare sökte dom (Like avalanche receivers, they searched) is a documentary commissioned and broadcasted by Radio Sweden SRc in 2004. 
It explores the journey of searching to belong somewhere and with some people, outside of your birth family.

The Great Destroyer was commissioned by the Swedish Art fund as part of a group collaboration in 2009.
The piece is part of The Housewife auto-ethnographic series that Jenny worked on during her time as a housewife in the conservative UK.
