After playing classical piano and guitar, @alvaro_casale developed a love for funk and jazz sounds, inspired by artists like Los Tetas, James Brown, A Tribe Called Quest and Thelonious Monk. 

Since 2017 he started delving into house music and searching for artists and tunes that replicate that funky-jazz feeling in a house manner. Javier Garin is an argentinean DJ and passionate vinyl collector whose journey with music and DJing began in the mid-1980s. He started out working in radio stations in the Buenos Aires suburbs alongside renowned broadcaster Diego Poso, and by the early 1990s, he was already performing in clubs like the legendary Mirage in El Palomar.

After taking a break to complete his studies and become a certified public accountant, he returned to music in 1997, becoming a resident DJ for five years in a nightclub in Miramar. In 2003, he moved to El Calafate, where he quickly became a pioneer of the local electronic scene. He launched a party series at The Grouse, blending funk, disco, synth pop, and house, and by 2004, hosted the city's first ever electronic music event, a cycle that ran for four years.

Between 2004 and 2008, he also curated a monthly event at Shackleton Lounge, with a music style geared toward the influx of international tourists. In 2010, he founded House Me, a weekly Wednesday night series at Don Diego de la Noche, known for its 5-hour extended sets. By 2016, House Me became a traveling event, featuring top national artists such as Carlos Alfonsín, Dee Jason, Dr. Trincado, Facu Carri, Tato Piatti, and Manuel Sahagún.

Since the pandemic, Javier has also turned his focus to music production, collaborating with local DJs and musicians from El Calafate. His career reflects a deep dedication to vinyl culture, musical diversity, and building community through sound.

Sabrina Mue ist mir im Frühjahr 2015 bei einem lustigen DJ-Stammtisch über den Weg gelaufen. Es gibt so Begegnungen, da weiß man sofort das passt einfach. Ihre abwechslungsreichen DJ-Sets und Podcasts bei Endlos oder Afterhour Sounds haben mich dann auch sofort begeistert. Da war dann schnell klar … hier muss für sound(ge)cloud auch was her … und hier ist er … ein wunderbar verspielter und deeper Mix der genau in den Winter passt. Tim ist zwischen Anfang und Mitte Dreißig, zwischen Weserkiez und Böhmisch-Rixdorf, zwischen House und Techno. Geboren und aufgewachsen im Pott, verschlug es ihn wie so viele zwangsläufig nach Berlin. In Neukölln treibt er seit nunmehr 9 Jahren sein Unwesen und fand im Polymedialen Ponyhof ein zweites Zuhause. Als earthwormTIM erfreut er sich daran, fernab von subkultureller Tyrannei wohltuend Zerfließendes ans Ohr zu bringen. Musik zum aufstehenden Liegenbleiben, feiernden Weiterschlafen, arbeitenden Faulenzen oder sitzzappelnden Couchrave.

Mit seinem Bummeltechno/Voodoo-House hat mich Tim sofort begeistert … daraus ist auch sofort ein super Kontakt entstanden … da war schnell klar … hier muss auch was für sound(ge)cloud her … und es hat sich mehr als gelohnt … maximaller Dank liebe TIM für dieses tolle Werk …
