Part way through our stretch of parties at Corsica Studios we were fortunate to cross paths with a very special soul, someone whose deeply-rooted love for deep, hypnotic, atmospheric techno had pulled him in the direction of On the 5th Day during his first few days in London, and heck are we grateful for that! From those very first conversations we knew we were onto something special and that that was the beginning of an inspiring friendship. We weren't wrong!

It gives us much happiness therefore to introduce you to gLu, the artistic project of London-based Cauê Borba.

Spending the first part of his journey playing local clubs and afters while living in southern Brazil, Cauê soon formed an unshakeable bond with vinyl, falling more and more deeply into a devotion to creating transformative journeys to alter states of mind. Fast-forward 8 years and he's firmly but ever so humbly making a name for himself within the local scene, honouring his ongoing passion for a sound and style that inspired the very beginnings of On the 5th Day, and which continues to move, inspire and motivate us.

Jens Balser is a in the Frankfurt scene very notable techno DJ. Well-known for his numerous gigs at the legendary “Jet-Club”-parties, he is also well reputed for playing at several open airs in summer (e. g. Jet Club, “Oh Sunny Day” at Sparta, up to the annual internationally renowned “World Club Dome” in Frankfurt’s stadium, the Commerzbank-Arena). And also in Sidney Spaeth's new club "Freud" - newly opened in 2019 but already very established - you can often dance to his music - he already played there amongst greatnesses like Aka Aka, Gregor Tresher, Reboot, Pedar Dundov und Einmusik.
Deeply warm-up up to driving Techhouse / Techno containing Hispanic sounds are characteristic for Jens' style, but also ecstatic monotonous sound is part of his repertoire.
Jens especially captivates by the special mood at his performances: The audience can feel his own enthusiasm for the music and his joy whilst playing – thus, he electrifies creating an atmosphere which you can hardly escape.
His motto: Create a magical atmosphere by music in order to create a symbiosis between DJ and crowd.
He is also booked for events like “Electric Grooves” or "Colours" at Tanzhaus West, Frankfurt.
But Jens has also made a name for himself beyond the borders of Frankfurt through his style - he already played in Ibiza in 2015 for the label "Mi Cabeza" on the "Cirque de la Nuit" catamaran boat. Since 2019, he regularly inspires the people with his sets at the popular electronic radio station "Ibiza Live Radio" and also locally with his summery beats - since 2020 also as a stations's resident hosting his own bi-monthly electronic event series ("Amazing Electronic Beats").

Jens Balser es un DJ de Techno bien conocido en la escena de Fráncfort. Por ejemplo, se le conoce por sus numerosas actuaciones en las legendarias fiestas del "Jet Club" en Fráncfort, así como por muchos eventos al aire libre (por ejemplo, el Jet Club, "Oh Sunny Day", Sparta, hasta el anual World Club Dome en el Commerzbank Arena, de renombre internacional). Y también en el nuevo club "Freud" de Sidney Spaeth, que abrió en 2019 pero que ya está muy bien establecido, se puede bailar a menudo con su música - aquí ya ha tocado con grandes como Aka Aka, Gregor Tresher, Reboot, Pedar Dundov y Einmusik.
El sonido de calentamiento profundo hasta la conducción y también el monótono y extático techno son parte de su repertorio.

Su lema: Crear una atmósfera mágica a través de la música, para que se cree una simbiosis entre el DJ y los invitados.
Así que también fue contratado para eventos como Electric Grooves y Colours en Tanzhaus West.
Pero Jens también se ha hecho un nombre más allá de las fronteras de Frankfurt con su sonido. Ya tocó en Ibiza en 2015 bajo el sello "Mi Cabeza" en el catamarán "Cirque de la Nuit". En la popular emisora de radio electrónica "Ibiza Live Radio", ha estado inspirando regularmente a las audiencias con sus sets y también en directo con ritmos de verano desde 2019 - y desde 2020 también ha sido residente de la emisora con su propia serie de eventos electrónicos bimensual ("Amazing Electronic Beats").
