My new album is of course strongly influenced by the current world events, the drastic global changes in the (surrounding) world. Titles like COCOON, WEED COLLECTIVE or MILANO went through radical musical changes over the course of months in the course of their composing. The whole album has "pupated" constantly, changed drastically, rotated, moved sound and always took new forms.
COCOON is supposed to give hope, fascinate, pervade and immerse you in a protected inner world.The cocoon, which can also be dark, is the energetic place of change for the power animal butterfly and its transformation. It stands for lightness, joy and change, but also for the vulnerability of nature.

Ground Vibrations

The title HOPE is carried by an emotional Bulgarian choir. A soundtrack of hope, uplifting and poignant. Oriental sounds meet the intense voices of the Balkans.

Jupiter Melodies carries us out into a mental free space with the subtle sounds of acoustic and electronic instruments such as violins, cello, santur, Oberheim 8, Polymoog and CS-80. The open ambient, downbeat and partly like film music compositions with nuanced modulations and harmonic tone sequences are like the surface of Jupiter pure atmosphere, without clear demarcation but with a solid, clear core.


Der Titel HOPE wird von einem emotionalen bulgarischen Chor getragen. Ein Soundtrack der Hoffnung, uplifting und ergreifend. Orientalisch anmutende Klänge treffen auf die intensiven Stimmen des Balkans. 

Jupiter Melodies trägt uns mit subtilen Klängen akustischer und elektronischer Instrumente, wie Geigen, Cello, Santur, Oberheim 8, Polymoog und CS-80 hinaus in einen mentalen Freiraum (free space). Die offenen Ambient, Downbeat und teils wie Filmmusik angelegten Kompositionen mit nuancierten Modulationen und harmonischen Tonfolgen sind wie die Oberfläche des Jupiters reine Atmosphäre, ohne klare Abgrenzung aber mit einem festen, klaren Kern.

16 years after the release of the successful album SUNRIDER, JENS BUCHERT has created a continuation of this sonorous "ride" through downbeat, trip hop, chillout and ambient spheres with DAWNRIDER.
Inspired by electronic music from the early 90s combined with fresh, smooth and fat synth sounds and the acoustics of today, DAWNRIDER is a driving symbiosis from 30 years of Electronica. Just like a great ride on a motorcycle on a coastal road at sunrise.

Успех прошлогодней компиляции Breathe вдохновил меня на создания целой серии апрельских мотивов. И вот он - новый, свежий Breathe, настоящий глоток свежего воздуха, микс, который уж очень похож на своего летнего брата Summer Steps, благодаря идентичному музыкальному настрою, который стал базовым в данной работе. Я всегда по-особенному любил и ценил апрель, за его неординарность, первые теплые дни. В апреле все расцветает, все наполняется новыми красками, и  приобретает некую значимость. Я очень надеюсь, что Breathe станет хорошей традицией и настоящим april inspiration для всех и каждого! Делайте все, что желает душа, любите, радуйтесь и вдохновляйтесь!
