Grimecraft teams up with GameChops to deliver the most bass-tastic Pokémon remix collection that ever was. Originally planned as a solo EP by Grimecraft, once the other video game remixers got wind of POKEP, the album turned into a full-blown VGM mixtape. Featured artists include Dj CUTMAN, James Landino, ABSRDST and Kevin Villecco in collabs, remixes, and original productions Pokemon music.

This mixtape is largely inspired by Grimecraft's copy of POKEMON X and Y, but some tracks pay tribute to the animated Pokémon theme song and the original games for Nintendo Gameboy, Pokemon Red and Blue.

Not gonna lie, at the time that continuous eerie melodie pierced through my innocent 8 year old soul. It was just one of those songs that could give you goosebumps, shivers and maybe a new pair of underwear lol. If Lavender town didn't spook you the fuck out... YOU'RE A LIAR. HOW COULD YOU NOT LOSE YOUR SHIT AT THAT TOWN. ahh...haha...ah...shut up I was a fragile kid okay? #bigwoopwannafightaboutit

The idea to "NΣΣTify" Lavender Town and name it "Gengar" came last week after my brother got me one of those "Shiny Mega Gengar" download code thingys from EB Games (apparently it was super hard to get because most of the EB's in Calgary ran out D: If you haven't got one already, you should check your nearest EB or Gamestop!). Anyways, I guess... one thing led to another and we ended up making the song? Idk it just happened alofasudden haha.

Y'know what's funny though? I was never able to get Gengar back in the day. Never had a link cable...or friends who wanted to trade lol. JOKES ON THEM THO BECAUSE I HAD A HOLOGRAPHIC GENGAR CARD AHAHAHA. ah... :')

Real talk tho, I'm super happy with how the song turned out and I hope it gets you ready for Halloween! It's a slightly spooky remix with a sprinkle of that feel you get when you find out you have to get the Silph. Scope to see the ghosts inside the tower...or something. Ayyy! 

I hope you enjoy the song and I'll definitely see you soon! If you're not doing anything Friday, we'll probably be streaming League sometime during the evening (If you're like us cool kids who stay at home, that is.) He decidido jugármela y apostar por el Complextro (Una mezcla entre Electro-House y Dubstep, para recrear una de las melodías más bonitas que tiene Pokémon. A mí el resultado me parece impecable... ¡Cuánta nostalgia de golpe! Aunque, como podréis ver , la esencia "Ramstar" sigue presente, porque yo no creo en cambios, sino en evoluciones (nunca mejor dicho)... Peace! :D
