I am starting a series on arranging the music from my favorite Zelda game in the series. The method I chose to re-orchestrate the soundtrack is to keep it as true to the original spirit of the music. I hypothetically imagine that the original composers created the music with realistic instrumentation before they simplified it into the 8-bit Game Boy version. Each instrument track from the original is represented in my version, and from that I add additional instruments in a way I think will amplify the intent of the composer. You can decide for yourself how effective my method is by the way I re-edit the music back into the game. Enjoy!

Hey there guys, so sorry for the lack of uploads recently, I have been consumed by Zelda Breath of the Wild and I thought I would create some of the themes from this magnificent soundtrack.

Here is an orchestration of the Korok Forest area that features in the game. It has been stuck in my head for a while so I have been meaning to create an arrangement of the theme, this is how it turned out! This was all done by ear and interpretation so apologies for any wrong notes.

Hey everyone, here is a track I composed in Logic Pro X. After hearing the music for Zelda: Breath of the Wild reveal trailer, I decided to create my own interpretation of the music. I bet many of you were wondering what the select screen would sound like in this format, well here it is! Enjoy!

Thanks to all of you who provided some incredible feedback. I decided to remove the previous orchestration and work on the theme a bit more based on your feedback and polish it up a bit, I am a lot happier with this version now! Thank you all!!!

Here is an orchestration I created of the amazing Hyrule Castle theme. This theme took a lot of work as there are so many layers to identify and transcribe. I decided to give the theme a broad epic style to do this theme justice and this is how it turned out! This was all done by ear and interpretation so apologies for any wrong notes.

Here's my first crack at a Breath of the Wild track. The Rito Village theme is a favourite of mine, especially considering my love for the music in Wind Waker. Hopefully, you enjoy my take on the wonderful composition by Manaka Kataoka and Yasuaki Iwata.
