Jerra Mai oozes a staggering 12 years of talent behind the decks where Sydney and Sweden have tailored his sound, fit for a king. In 2009 Jerra Mai packed his records bags and head over to Uppsala, Sweden where the music was hot but the opportunities were even hotter. Scoring a residency at Vastgota Nation, this Sydney born and bred artist proved to be not only a force to reckon with on the decks but absolutely loved by the people that stood before him. Growing up playing with pop music, Jerra Mai experimented with sounds that took the imagination on a wild journey where it was locked solid in stone that his creativity and love for the music was undoubtedly destiny. Throughout his professional career he has taken the opportunity to play electro and house tunes, but fell straight into where he belonged- with trance. For passionate trance enthusiasts, the melodic and tech sounds of his style bring about a journey only known to those who really feel what trance brings. Jerra Mai is undeniably one of those. Running into the crowd during almost every show he has played, this young DJ/producer connects with the crowds in an unforgettable way. His mission- to create a memorable experience that marries the feeling his music creates when partnered with the rapture of a genuine crowd. The Kvalborg Anthem produced with Swedish- LECA, became his milestone initial track where at a Kvalborg celebration party he was able to play it for the first time!
